Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated by VEB, Inc. or VBP, at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the service and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from bulletin boards, however the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement, shall survive.

Indemnity/Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall VEB, Inc. and VBP, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, VEB, Inc. and VBP materials. You specifically acknowledge and agree that VEB, Inc. and VBP are not liable for any conduct of any User.

If you fail to perform all of your obligations under this Agreement that applies to your use of this Web site, then VEB, Inc. and VBP reserve the right to remove the business from our database. If you fail to pay any obligation within 30 days from the date that it is due, VEB, Inc. and VBP reserves the right to remove current services provided by the website until payment is received.

This Agreement has been made in and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any action to enforce this agreement shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in Virginia. If any provision is deemed to be unlawful or non-enforceable, that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
